Assisting leaders to help with change. Read what this means, make bedside RN's agree with less resources: restructure which means to lay off. And replace educated staff with the lowest common denominator is what this guy is preaching. Bedside nurses at all his talks at Kaiser are disgusted and ashamed that a nurse would sell these beliefs as truth. He was known in the 90's for telling the nurses we are going to not have jobs because hospitals were becoming obsolete..
