'Queen Bee'... Should have been named 'Queen B***h'

The women in this novel were off the chain. The men are no exception either... they were just as grimey. Essence, Brazil and Destiny. Nothing but drama. Never mix business and friendships... somebody will get burned.

Author Mark Anthony's latest novel Queen Bee chronicles the lives of three friends; Essence, Brazil and Destiny. Essence is the owner of a popular Queens Strip club "Promiscuous Girl"... that Destiny and Brazil both help her run. When Essence discovers that Brazil and Destiny have plans of opening up their own strip club with money that Brazil's been skimming from her she sets off a chain of events that will leave no girl unscathed.

Brazil and Destiny had dreams of opening their own club and of course Essence with her cocky attitude wouldn't stand for the competition. She didn't like to be crossed but yet she didn't mind crossing 'any' and 'everyone' that got in her way. She starts a war, making enemy after enemy. Destiny holds a secret that she leaves with everyone she comes in contact with.

Essence is not only ruthless but she's also a master manipulator. However even the best laid plans can go astray and 'each' lady learns that lesson the hard way! With almost a new twist in each chapter calling Queen Bee a page turner would be an understatement. There's non-stop drama from the opening pages till the conclusion.

Mark Anthony created a grimey tale of betrayal that left no stone unturned.

Snaps, Snaps, Snaps, to you Mark, d*mn good book.

    Waiting on the next one.

Queen Bee at first glance draws you in.

The book was a good read, however I would not keep it in my library. It's a book you read and pass on. The target audiece should be young adults. My daughter enjoyed it and passed it to a friend who enjoyed it also.
