Alexander Pushkin (1799–1837) was a novelist, dramatist and poet, penning such influential works as Eugene Onegin and Boris Godunov. He is now considered the father of modern Russian literature. Paul Debreczeny was a translator and the author of Social Functions of Literature: Alexander Pushkin and Russian Culture. John Bayley is a literary critic and the author of Elegy for Iris.

This is the best book I have ever read in my entire life... I would recomend it to ANYONE who likes good books
