Overview

Jordan McKade knows Kiley Fisher is his destiny the second he sees her. She, however, needs a lot more time to accept it. The last thing he wants to do is scare her away before she's ready and it takes more self-control than he ever thought he possessed not to blurt out how desperately he wants her.

Kiley's problem isn't that she doesn't want him. It's that she's intimidated by the super-sexy Jordan, with his overwhelming business success and his voice, which is so sinfully sensual she's ready to come every time he speaks to her.

When a no-good crook uses Kiley in his nefarious plans to save his own ass, Jordan comes to her rescue, which finally lands them in a setting where they can no longer resist each other. And the chemistry that's been slowly building between them ignites in an inferno of passion.

I tried to like this book I really did, but the main female character was just too annoying. She acted like she was afraid of her own shadow for most of the book and half the time the things that scared or spooked her made no sense. And then she would from scared of everything to erotic seductress back to simpering again in matter of minutes. It was hard to like her and you spend the book feeling bad for the people havingnto put up with her. Glad it was a free book

Story could have been great but characters were way too superficial. Jordan too good to be true, Kiley s personality made no sense at all and the plot was  kinda big drama for nothing at all! Characters keep on over analysing  each other and most of their interaction were unecessary. The only good thing about this are the sex scene which are well described. Makes me say that this is just a decent erotic book

At first I was quite annoyed with Kiley's lack of confidence in her self but came understand by putting myself in her place to such a man out of her league interested in her can intimidate a girl. Its great that Jordan has great confidence and strong personality for both of them and see the real person behind Kiley's doubt and bring the person he wants forward. Happy for both that Kiley finally face her fears and confess her true love for Jordan with the help of all his true friends or she would messed up true love. It's a lesson to the true believers of love and others. Wish there was a follow up on this to see how both have grown.

There is more focus on hot erotic sex than there is on the story line. If you are looking for hot and steamy then this is a book for you....if you are looking for a well developed story line then this may not be the book for you. Kylie is hard to like at different times throughout the story and even with all her quirks Jordan is determined to have it all.

Jordan and Kiley's story was difficult to believe. Jordan is such an unbeliveably good man, with the heart of one thousand people. One should be very fortunate to meet such a person, one who gives relentlessly, loves with no holds barred, and believes in those he treasures as family and friends. Kiley is so full of self doubt and very insecure. She eventually gets to the point where she can believe in the goodness she witnesses with the help of those around her. Her self doubt was really hard to handle at times but plowing on through the book made it all worthwhile.
