A few text/format errors, but not too difficult to decipher. A really good family cookbook, lots of quick and easy meals. One note though, recipe #123 Quick Marinated Chicken says to marinate the chicken and then baste the chicken as it cools with the left over marinade. That's not a good idea because you can cross contaminate by doing that. Instead, before placing the chicken into the marinade, pour some into another container and reserve it to baste the chicken as it cooks.
