CARLA KELLY is an experienced cook and baker, having started well before the age of ten. As the eldest of five children, she often made baked treats and dinner for her family. Just like the title says, these recipes are quick and easy. Eve

Just like the title says, these recipes are quick and easy. Everything I've tried has come out great, mainly because they are so easy to make even with my ancient slow cooker. Even though they are easy to make, they taste like they were complicated, so when you add a recommended side, you can also impress your friends. :-) All the recipes would be great for vegetarians, and I think even those who eat meat will find that most of (though I really think all) the recipes are satisfying and delicious. The first chapter is also full of great information about the basics of the food and the preparation.
