    This book is great!!!

    My wife and I were looking for a low-fat cookbook, and just happened to find this one. The food is fantastic. The instructions are easy to follow, and most recipes don't take too much time. If you want to eat healthy, and still enjoy your food, pick up this book!

    This book rocks!

    This book is completely easy to read, and the recipes are easy and fast to prepare. it includes such recipes as cooking a potato in a microwave, to pizza meatloaf, to tomato and basil pasta. Basically there is something everyone will like in it, and it would be great for a family. I suggest this book!
