Like this book...great low fat recipes, also detailed information on fiber, fat, and calorie content of each recipe. My husband's on a diet, and has lost 26 pounds, just sticking to the three basic things you need to lose weight. It's nice to have a choice, so that your diet does not become boring....Would buy another book by this author.

When visiting my family recently I saw this and
"tested" a couple of the recipes for dinners. Everyone agreed,
the book should also have "Delicious" in it's title. Came home and purchased a copy for myself.
