Robin Miller is the host of the new series on Food Network, Quick Fix Meals with Robin Miller, which provides viewers with recipes, time-saving tips, and strategies for serving up fresh, healthful meals every day with the least possible effort.
In Quick Fix Meals, Robin shares her best time-saving strategies for putting fresh, delicious food on the table every night. Her recipes are organized by these techniques, which include Meal Kits (pre-prepping the ingredients for a weeknight meal on the weekend, bagging them, and having them ready to go in the fridge; the result—meals that can be on the table in literally 10 minutes); Morph-It Recipes (enjoy Herb-Crusted Turkey Tenderloin one night and you've got the makings for Chili-Rubbed Turkey Medallions or Pan-Seared Turkey with Apples and Melted Blue Cheese another night), and Greased Lightning, unbelievably tasty recipes that can be put together and on the table in 20 minutes. There are also Simple Sides that go together in no time, as well as, for those who just can't live without dessert, a collection of In-a-Snap Sweets.

The "morph" recipes are the reason I bought this book. It allows me to plan an entire week's worth of meals, shop on a budget and not waste groceries or wind up eating the same meal for 3 days in a row. It's not easy to cook for two, but this book is the answer. Everything is simple but really tasty. I've tried almost all of the recipes and haven't found a dud yet. I like it so much I bought one for my sister, too!

I thought this book would be more like her cooking show , but I am disappointed because most of the recipes are kinda too 'gourmet' to me. I expected to be like the show, but they weren't. These aren't recipes I'll be able to cook for my husband becuase he won't eat any of it!

This is the one cookbook in my library that I use over and over. I can't get my family to eat leftovers but with this cookbook they do it without a clue and enjoy it. I hope Robin has more books like this to follow. Great for people who have to cook every night and don't want to spend a lot of time doing it.

Being a huge fan of Cooking Light and Health magazines, I loved this cookbook! Robin presents her recipes in a healthful manner without feeling 'diet', just as Cooking Light magazine does. I loved her commentary before every recipe along with substitions and her tidbits about each recipes is very helpful! I hope she has many more cookbooks to come.

I found Robin's show to be interesting and was excited to see her cookbook released. The main issue I have with this cookbook is the lack of game plans and shopping lists, similar to those found on the food network site for her tv show. None the less, I found the morphing meals great for planning weeknight meals and love the idea of meal kits.
