This updated Third Edition of the best-selling pocket guide has been expanded to include some significant new information when compared to previous editions. The color-codes tables of recommendations now contain a listing of 16 representative protective barriers including trade names materials against approximately 600 chemicals of interest. These barrier listings now include glove, boot, and suit material of construction. The recommendations presented in the guide are based on near 11,000 permeation and over 3,000 degradation test data compiled and evaluated by Krister Forsberg.
