I enjoyed this book! It was fun going on a quilter's retreat with Harriet and the Loose Threads. I especially enjoy the developments between Aiden and Harriet. I would love to live in a small town like that! This series is fun and relaxing.

Kick back and relax with this light reading. Good for a time when you need to take a break from the hustle and bustle of the daily grind. You won't be disappointed.

This is the second book in the Harriet Truman/Loose Threads series - Quilt as Desired is the first. Harriet is a young widow who came home to take over her Aunt's quilting business while her aunt goes on a cruise - she ends up staying and taking over the business. In this book, Harriet joins her fellow quilters, the Loose Threads, at a quilting workshop in a neighboring town. On the first day of classes the owner, Selestina Banbridge, dies. At about the same time another quilter, Lauren, is accused of copying her quilt design, but she says that hers was the original - someone has copied her quilt and sold the copy overseas. Harriet feels that she has to try to help Lauren sort out the issue of her quilt. At the same time, she ends up solving the murder. I enjoyed this one, but at least once Harriet overlooked some very, very obvious information that would have solved the murder. It affected my ability to believe in the story. That said, I'll be back for the next one!
