    Truly Helpful!

This book is the only book a smoker that wants to quit will need. This book and the desire! The book provides loads of information, but more importantly, asks that you study yourself and your smoking rituals. By doing this you are able to identify the areas where you will need the most work and strength. I can now throw out all the other books I have on this subject!
