In fact, typically, it still has that wonderful new book smell, but note there may be a small imperfection such as a little cover crease or light scuffing or a store sticker on back. Often there is no ding or the ding is so small you can still give it as a gift. We just cannot promise it is gift quality every time, as we tend to have multiple copies and we cannot catalog and describe each ding (or lack thereof). Transcending the Victim Archetype

What's so radical about the book, "Radical Forgiveness"? For starters, author Colin Tipping asserts that in order to truly forgive, we must first fully experience our victimhood... and then let go of it completely. The idea here is that once we've sufficiently wallowed in our victimhood and release our need to be proven right, we are ready to realize the lesson that spiritual teachers such as Jesus Christ taught, which is that there are no such things as victims.

Radical Forgiveness provides a highly unique forgiveness solution for spiritual readers whose minds are open to contemplating the notion that even the most horrible "wrongs" we have suffered in our lives (and each and every one of us has suffered many damaging incidents), are actually life lessons from a deeper reality than most of us usually recognize. The premise of Radical Forgiveness consists of helping us become more fully aware of how our lives are actually divine gifts, filled with tremendous opportunities for us to free each and every fear. Often we miss out on fully taking advantage of opportunities to face and release our fears, due to the human tendency to adopt a victim mindset while fixing blame elsewhere. When we can back up enough to see the big picture, we can begin to notice that blaming others while attempting to prove we are in the right is not a spiritually mature coping strategy, nor a healthy approach to truly moving onward and upward. When viewing life's most horrendous situations with all-encompassing love, we can overcome any hardship and situation, as we learn to embrace each challenge and opportunity.

The truly BIG idea behind Radical Forgiveness is that there exists an underlying orderliness to the Universe, and an interconnectivity between ourselves and All That Is. This hidden order and interconnectedness can help us see our own (previously hidden) mistaken beliefs that we had adopted as "truth." We can find and release our old mistaken beliefs, and be much healthier and better off for doing so. Whereas traditional forgiveness, "... takes it as a given that something wrong happened," with Radical Forgiveness, "the willingness to forgive is present, but not the need to condemn." What changes is one's desire to be right... to be correct... is let go from the newfound point of view that nothing wrong happened, and consequently there is nothing to forgive.

Rather than viewing an experience as someone having done something bad to you (which corresponds to Victim Consciousness in viewpoints of the world of Humanity), it is therefore possible to see from the World of Divine Truth how everything is exactly right. These are two opposing endpoints on a vibrational scale of consciousness, and utilizing the methods found in Radical Forgiveness thereby require readers to be open to accepting and adopting a very spiritual perspective.

Radical Forgiveness ~ Your Pathway to Peace

Tipping's book has helped me see that there is a deeper meaning in every relationship and I become able to see the perfection in the situation. We
are given a "spiritual technology" that allows us to reframe our stories
and gain freedom from resentment, bitterness and anger in the process. We
are shown that our relationships exist to challenge erroneous core beliefs
in order to heal them. We are no longer victims. Tipping offers concrete
tools such as The Radical Forgiveness Worksheet to help complete the process.
If you've read A Course in Miracles and/or The Disappearance of the Universe, you will recognize parallels here, however, Radical Forgiveness is the quick road to forgiveness. If you are ready to drop resentment and find true freedom, I highly recommend reading this work.

    Your answer to happiness

The title says it all and is what is needed to let go of the past and continue on with your happiness. I have never written a review before but this book puts it all together. I feel compelled to tell others that the message in this book is very powerful if you have an open heart to listen. I promise you it will make you think, think about your view of life and what you have accepted as true of life. The book provides a view that makes it so much easier to get through any situation life presents. If you struggle with letting go of the past this book shows you the perspective you need in order to let go. It tells you how to answer your true calling for happiness once you have done so. This book is TRULY AMAZING and definetly Heaven sent.
