    Profoundly Life Changing

Tara is benevolently candid in this organized presentation of the angst that is so prevalent in 'these times'~ due to generational presuppositions, and the use of tribal/clan/society ostracisms of what is consider 'ok' behavior ~ blesses the listener to waters less muddled, and kinder to self. An expression of self-love, and the love of life at ones' own perception. A truly inspiring work...nice meditational exercises. Going through life as a 'yes' unlike typified 'no' ~ Namo...welcoming the guest..everything ultimately is a gift from above. aho. I recommend this to anyone who has ever felt they weren't 'good enough' or clouded with addictive behavior. Live life as a breath of light ~ releasing that which is a burden and unkind as well as unwarranted. Yes.

A good choice if you're working your way to peace.

She has a pleasant voice to listen to. The anecdotes and advice are practical, real-world with no trace of condescension or preachiness. Make no bones, it comes from a Buddhist perspective, but I am not practicing Buddhist and found it solidly applicable to my life.
