Overview

Most of us have plenty of experience with self-blame and guilt-but we are often at a loss when it comes to forgiving ourselves. That's why world-renowned forgiveness expert Colin Tipping has created a special set of techniques to help us achieve this difficult yet essential task for healing emotional wounds and releasing the burdens of our past. With Radical Self-Forgiveness Practices, he presents proven tools to help you reach beyond the level of self-judgment and recrimination to the deeper spiritual state in which true forgiveness occurs. Join him for three powerful practices, including: The “Three Letters” practice-a pathway for taking complete responsibility for our actions while freeing ourselves from needless shame and guilt - The 13 Steps of Radical Self-Forgiveness-how to break the cycle of blame and victimhood and fully embrace every experience -The Radical Self-Forgiveness worksheet-a step-by-step process for clearing away the blocked energy around old wounds and stuck emotions. Many of our fears, anxieties, and even physical health problems originate from the parts of us that we consider unforgiveable. Yet when we recognize that we are worthy of forgiveness-no matter who we are or what we have done-we gain access to the loving energy of spirit that can heal our deepest wounds. Join Colin Tipping to learn Radical Self-Forgiveness Practices-and discover the freedom and inner peace that comes from true self-acceptance.
