I'm really looking forward to this cookbook! I've just gotten her Cooking 1-2-3 and Christmas 1-2-3 (waiting for Healthy 1-2-3), and so far I love them.
But, just wanted to point out (and realize this is being nitpicky), but the BN link/title for this book is incorrect -- it should be "325" recipes, not "275."

The unexpected combination of flavors and surprising simplicity of execution of these recipes makes this book one of the best I have used. From innovative and delicious pork dishes with gin and tomato cream sauce to the pastas, all the finished recipes are outstanding. Being from the south, I was amazed at the innovative ingredient pairing for the pork and "leaping into other proteins", the salmon recipes are just as outstanding.
Ms. Gold's innovative culinary genious will make your dinners and dinner parties memorable and outstanding.
