ROZANNE GOLD is the author of 11 acclaimed cookbooks, a four-time winner of the James Beard Foundation Award, and winner of the IACP/ Julia Child Award. Gold, who at 23 began her career as chef to New York Mayor Ed Koch, went on to become the chef-director of the restaurant consulting firm that has created some of the world's most famous restaurants and lasting food trends. The unexpected combination of flavors and surprising simplicity of execution of these recipes makes this book one of the best I have used. From innovative and delicious pork dishes with gin and tomato cream sauce to the pastas, all the finished recipes are outstanding. Being from the south, I was amazed at the innovative ingredient pairing for the pork and "leaping into other proteins", the salmon recipes are just as outstanding. Ms. Gold's innovative culinary genious will make your dinners and dinner parties memorable and outstanding. SueAtl

I'm really looking forward to this cookbook! I've just gotten her Cooking 1-2-3 and Christmas 1-2-3 (waiting for Healthy 1-2-3), and so far I love them. But, just wanted to point out (and realize this is being nitpicky), but the BN link/title for this book is incorrect -- it should be "325" recipes, not "275."
