This book has many pictures, most of them are of poor quality. The doll section has a few paragraphs explaining when the dolls were made and by whom. If a date is included as to when a doll was produced , you must go back to the beginning of the book to cross reference. Some photos leave out the size and year of the doll. The dolls featured must be from the authors collection and often missing the "twin". Some dolls are unclothed leaving the collector lost, not knowing what we may have. I believe the author just wrote a book based on what she had in her collection. Also most of the doll section is dedicated to the handmade doll.
The doll section has very few pages. Raggedy Ann and Andy toy and book collectors my find this book helpful as the rest of the book is dedicated to toy and books.
