Overview

First in the Brothers in Arms series.

Kate Collier is still recovering from a vicious rape and trying to make a success of her dress shop when Jason Randal and Anthony Richards return to London from the Continent, intent on winning her. She's known them for years, ever since they served with her late husband in the Peninsula against Napoleon. She'd been in love with them for almost that long. To discover they feel the same is a shock, but Kate isn't ready to turn her life back over to a man, or men.

Jason and Tony prove hard to resist, however, especially when their close friendship blossoms into desire for each other as they make Kate's body burn with passion. The combination of their insatiable desire for her and their journey into a sexual relationship with one another is irresistible to Kate.

A nightmare from her past tries to keep them apart, but the three long for a life together in spite of society's censure, and they will not be denied.

    Passionate and Sweet

Raina's Fantasy has passion, mystery, bad guys(vampires), good guys(Johan & Zane) and a strong heroine(Raina). Raina wants a strong dominate male by her side, and she has that in Johan, but he is a slave. Past experience and fear keep Raina from her happiness. Johan will never truely be a slave because he has an alpha personality, that won't allow him to submit.

It was fun to turn page after page to see if Johan and Raina could come to work out thier feelings and accept them. While trying to find out who committed the murders of five women and free the vampire king.

Zane the charming, funny, perseptive and strong slave had a strong presence in the book.

The story ended on a cliffhanger, which will lead to Zane story I'm sure. Can't wait.

    Mistakes abound!!!

Someone can't do their job and you need to fix this!!! This is probably the 5th time I've read an overview and purchased a book only to find the book I'm reading is not the book described in the overview. What gives???? Luckily Raina's Fantasy is a pretty good book even though it doesn't com close to the book described in the overview. I'm sure this frustrating experience happens to more people than just me....man you need to fix this.

Enter: Rainclan (all Rainclan's locations described)

Enter a large cliff. On one side, a tiny tunnel is carved out, just small enough for a cat go go through and just big enough that they will not get hurt. Once thugh the tunnel, a clearing makes it's appearance. The clearing is large and covered with soft, green grass, hinting that rain is plentiful. In the corner there is a natural stream, trickling from the left of the clearing to the diagonal other side. It splits the clearing in two, but the stream is small enough to jump over for a normal sized cat. There are multiple caves in the face of the cliff. One, which would be perfect for a leader, is spacious, yet private, and has a large tree trunk in front of it. The trunk had been stripped of it's bark, making it easy for sharp claws to climb up. Two caves are almpst exactly alike, except for one thing. One cave is bigger than the other! The bigger one would be perfect for warriors and the other is perfect for apprentices. There is a cave near the tree trunk that is divided in three. One section is small and compact with nothing in it. Another section is even smaller, with holes and nooks for things like herbs. The last is a huge segment with a pond. There are two last caves, both completely opposite in location and looks. The first of the two has a compact entrance, room enough for one cat to enter, and a roomy inside covered with moss. That one is perfect for raising kits in. The last has a big entrance and a small inside with sunlight peeking through at times, making it perfect for elders. If one goes through the tunnel and out onto the cliff, there is a lush forest full of herbs and prey. Deep into that forest are three intersting things. One, a flower-filled meadow called Sunburst Fields, two, a large amount of rocks piled up together called Eagle's Rock where Hawks and Eagles like to nest, and three, a beautiful flower named Dreamdust Flower that is said to act like any herbs you want, except for the ones that kill right away. The prey found in the forest are the usual. Mice, voles, rabbits, birds, fish, and frogs are some examples. (If you like what you hear, the maincamp is result two. Go there and ask for either Duskstar or Lionswrath. Thanks and welcome to Rainclan!)
