Editorial Reviews

amazon.com - Annie Slanina
The simple illustrations are colorful and adorable! This is a great teaching tool for young children (0-5 years). Obviously, you would emphasize the opposites vocabulary, and the text does a nice job of emphasizing the appropriate words. This book could also be used to identify colors and color words. But I would also focus on the expressions on the faces of the butterflies since it is very important to help young children interpret facial expressions!

I have downloaded this to my computer so when my 2 year old granddaughter comes into my work area, she and I are able to read short learning books. In addition to the topic of the book, we are able to work on our colors and other factors in the story! We enjoy the few minutes we spend together!

This is the first book I've come across for little ones that teaches opposites. The butterflies are introduced and their names are similar to their color. Rose is the pink butterfly, Marigold is the yellow butterfly, etc. The book was formatted perfectly across all of my Kindle devices and apps. It would be best viewed on a Kindle Fire or Kindle App with color. It is a very well done book!
