    One Of The Best Salad Books In a LONG Time!

    I made the Curried Chicken Salad and it was incredible! Lots of new and fresh ideas. This is one book that will get worn out with use. I am giving this book to family and friends for the holidays as gifts. Thank you Catherine for such a great book!

    Refreshing salads

    I highly recommend this book if you are interested in making wholesome, quick and different salads. I have used this book repeatedly, since I bought it a month ago and will give it as a hostess gift to friends.

    The Book of Salads you MUST have

    I by chance found this book and has been an amazing resource ever since. Every aspect of creating salads is well described with great resources for oils and vinegars. Definitely makes you want to eat them with the great color photography and it's effortless with these easy recipes.
