I take part in this author's weekly program and can honestly say that the tools she teaches apply to every facet of our lives. The way we look at the world and the way we look at ourselves is so often destructive in the most innocent ways. It it when we seek to better understand ourselves and un-learn bad behaviors and thoughts that we see the things we have always wanted coming to us.
