Not as handy as I expected

This book has a lot of information but much of it is difficult to find because of the layout. It's not as convenient as you might expect in a 'rapid reference'. Also it is pretty thick so it's not easy to carry around with you during clinicals. I also think that it includes too much information, much of which is not necessary in a rapid reference book such as communication skills and documentation.
