You will never look at diet and nutrition the same..

Once you get past the 'old fashioned' typeset and 'way before his time' format, keeping in mind that this information is 60 years old or more, there is a wealth of informtion packed into a relatively small space. Put in the most simplest of terms, Prof. Ehret explains how nutrition and the awful American diet have made us so sick. Then, he explains how to change all that - thru fasting and a meatless/sugarless diet. You will never look at food the same way again. I was totally amazed with some of his findings about diet, conclusions reached from over a thousand of his own patients and from his own experiments on himself. He has claimed to have healed deafness, blindness, stuttering, skin conditions, and many more, just by diet alone. Another claim for us women: follow his diet and menstruate only a few times a year, or not at all!! I wish everyone would read this book as it explains away many of the myths concerning fasting and meatless diets. Highly recommend - more for the information and insight it provides than its format, which was definitely lacking. Get it!
