No Name, Ohio, a town entrenched in corruption and criminal activity by some elected officials and law enforcement. With each person involved using their positions to further their own lust for money, power and personal agendas. The activities are ignored by state officials and used as a way for one man to further his quest for money while using his elected state office. Things go bad when a set up by the mayor and police net the wrong people and threaten to expose the Regime. An apparent suicide quiets things for a short time, but then they get worse.
