The recipes in this book are so easy to follow and are healthy!  I can find all of the ingredients necessary to make the cookies at my local grocery store.  I love the cookies in this book and will be making a few for Thanksgiving.  Some of my favorites include: basic chocolate cookies,  jungle buckeyes, and the strawberry oat thumbprints.  The dark chocolate frosting is amazing (this can easily be eaten by itself).  I would highly recommend this book!
