    YUMMY and EASY!

I made a couple of the recipes so far. The "ramen" is soooo delicious, but it was sort of heated which was confusing as "was it raw?" I don't think I cared because it was so delicious!!! This is my 3rd Raw Food cookbook, and an excellent one at that. I loved the "garden wraps," so simple, yet tasty. Another of my faves were the "spring rolls with peanut sauce"... which I made the almond butter from the book as I ran out of the store bought and it was YUM! I ate the spring rolls with the ramen as it was WAY too much food for my husband and I! Lastly, the "Thai Salad" I made later on that week with the leftover peanut sauce (she gives variations on the recipes which I love!) so delicious. I can't wait to try more recipes on my next shopping trip!

The one downfall.... not enough pictures! I love cookbooks with pictures... but I still gave it a full 5 stars.

Recommended to anyone who loves food. Seriously... even carnivores.
