Meet the Author

Jennifer Cornbleet is a nationally recognized raw-food chef and instructor and a long-time faculty member at Living Light Culinary Institute in California. She lectures, holds classes, and offers online trainings in the Bay Area and internationally.

    Raw food made easy

    The recipes are uncomplicated and great for someone starting out on a raw diet, or anyone who wants good food without a lot of fuss. No dehydrator needed, she shows how easy and yummy eating raw can be! One of my go to raw cookbooks!!!
