As a single person raw food household I use this book daily. The menus and information in this book are real life and highly user friendly. As someone new to this type of lifestyle I really appreciate this book.

So far, I'm loving the recipes in this book. I appreciate that the author skipped all of the annoying shots of her jumping in the air or eating (as so many other raw un-cook books have--talk about ego!). I do wish there were a few more pictures of the food though...

This is the best book that I've read for explaining the basics of eating a raw food diet. Easy to understand and every recipe is delicious.

I use this book every day, except for the recipes I have by now memorized! I love the recipes. They are easy and not very time-consuming. Many of them, however, are the same recipe with just a little change or two. Still, I think the book is worth owning.
