"Todd Lipscomb has done a great deal to advance the Buy American cause with his MadeInUSAForever.com online store of American-made products. His book is the next step and deserves a serious look from those who value supporting American producers that employ American workers."
—Roger Simmermaker, author of How Americans Can Buy American: The Power of Consumer Patriotism

"In the past quarter century, America has turned to seeking profit atany cost thanks to the greed of many of our multinational corporations. We Americans are the world's largest consumer economy. Because of unfairtrade policies, we import most of what we consume from countries where health, safety, and labor conditions are often like slavery by Americanstandards. I fully support Todd Lipscomb's efforts to supportsmall, family-owned American manufacturers."
—Joe Allen, retired apparel manufacturer, retailer, and business consultant

Read this Book While You Can Still Make a Difference

As Todd Lipscomb points out in Re-Made in the USA, it's easy to see the trade deficit as a huge, complicated issue with little direct bearing on our lives, and which we can't hope to seriously impact. Drawing on years of international business experience--including 7 years in Asia--Lipscomb clearly explains how the little decisions each of us make every day impact not only the trade deficit, but also the country, state, town and neighborhood we live in and will raise our children in. We are unwittingly eliminating our own jobs, shutting down local businesses and choking off the tax revenues that support our communities even as we watch in horror and wonder why someone doesn't do something about the decay. Lipscomb not only makes it clear that we are that somebody, but spells out what individuals, business owners, local governments and federal officials must do if we are to return to the days in which Americans earned fair wages at good jobs and produced quality products for their neighbors.

Excellent book. Well thought out and presented. Knowledgeable, interesting in depth information about how America has gotten to where we are coupled with brilliant, innovative solutions. After reading this book, I felt inspired and encouraged. I believe anyone interested in the state of being of our country should read this book and will be glad they did!
