I wish there had been some reviews for me to read before purchasing this book. I am new to low blood sugar and am looking for info on diet to help alleviate symptoms. There were a few pages regarding what to eat and not eat but the book was mainly about all the doctors the author had seen over the years amd how they misdiagnosed her. It was a good story but should have been sold more as an autobiography, not guide to reactive hypoglycemia.
