She received her medical degree from Harvard University.
Victoria Holloway Barbosa, M.D., MPH, MBA, is a board-certified physician, researcher, and educator. As a former vice president in Research & Development at L'Oréal USA, Dr. Barbosa built and directed the L'Oréal Institute for Ethnic Hair & Skin Research.
