All Music Guide - Greg Prato
As any faithful MTV viewer of the late '80s/early '90s can attest, there was certainly a glut of glam metal bands vying for airtime during this era. With singer Joe Lesté the only original bandmember left in attendance by this point, Bang Tango continued to follow their original musical path -- 15 years after the release of their debut. Lesté sounds like he's certainly under the influence of Brian Johnson on the album-opening "Ready to Go," and you knew it was only a matter of time until a power ballad reared its head, as "Rainy Day" gets the nod this time around.

    Good Music Again!

Let's face it! The last few years haven't given us any breakout artists who grab the music world by it's ears and gives them that "knockout punch"! We go back to the old standbys who've had some experience making Cd's and give us quality music. I never knew Bang Tango made anymore Cd's after their first one because of the so-called "great grundge music" from Seattle. Well I'm going back and looking at all the metal bands from the 80's and see what they put out in the 90's and am fascinated by how many had a second effort and even a third after their debut. Anyway I purchased this Cd from Bang Tango and it is a must if you like good music. It's not often you can listen to a Cd and every song is good and you don't skip to the next. This is my favorite Cd till another group can top it. For all the people that remember the metal bands and you youngsters who only know the Seattle Sound give this Cd a try. You'll be pleased at what you hear!
