John P. Wiedemer received his degree from Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. Throughout his long and prestigious real estate career, John gained extensive experience in sales, owned businesses, brokered mortgage loans, sold real estate, taught real estate classes and authored numerous books.

Joseph E. Goeters is a CREI, REEA member, professor at Houston Community College, and author of real estate textbooks published by Cengage Learning. Joe holds a Real Estate Broker's License, a BA from the University of Toronto, and MBA from the University of Houston.
