    An Exceptional Read!!

    I have been interested in real estate, namely investing, for years now, and I have read just about every book on the topic but I must say, that not one comes close to providing the specifics and step by step coaching on finding your own niche in the industry, evaluating a property and closing the deal more than The Real Estate Millionaire (the insider tips are particularly insightful!!). I highly recommend this to all interested in real estate from the seasoned professional to the inexperienced novice - there is much to be gained for all!!!

    Incredibly helpful!

    This is the perfect how-to book. I'll admit I was a bit skeptical by the title, but it lays out step by step how to create money through real estate and makes it do-able. Doesn't just talk about it but actually helps you. I found the information insightful and invaluable.

    Very motivating Book!

    I couldn't put this book down. I felt very motivated and instructed on how to get started in real estate investing. This book is honest about what it takes, both mentally and financially to become successful in real estate investing. Gilad's examples of their investments gave me a clear idea of how to get started and succeed.
