    Nothing cutting edge

The question you need to ask yourself before you buy this book: Why do I want to buy hardback or paperback book published in 2004 and probably written in 2003 to help me establish an online presence that requires cutting-edge technology information?

Five-year old on-line instructional data is not the least bit helpful but to confirm that what I may have done in the last 5 years was either smart or not. I found very few new concepts, ideas to put to use.

Skip the book. Wait for an online version that is updated weekly with new technology opinions.

    Outstanding technology marketing book

In reading this book, there is only one other venue where you will learn as much on marketing with the use of technology, that is the e-Pro course offered by NAR. This book walks you thru the process of setting up your technology marketing plan.

    This Is A Must-Read!

This is the best book I've ever read on the subject of online marketing. One section alone, '75 Ways to Promote Your Site', is worth far more than the price of the book. When you factor in all the other practical advice, it's a must-read for any REALTOR® who is serious about making money on the Web.

Took my practice to the next level!

For years I've been struggling with trial and error marketing trying to increase my Internet business. By the time I finished the first chapter of this great book I tried two of the techniques I'd read and generated 17 leads that produced over $1 million in closed volume. Wow! This book blows me away. On the one hand it's a straightforward overview that makes online marketing simple. On the other hand it's a classic. Every Realtor should take its lessons to heart.
