Editorial Reviews

Donielle B
Finding the time to cook when switching to a whole foods diet is a huge stopping point for a lot of people. Just the thought of having to soak grains or spend 48 hours making chicken stock sends people running to their familiar boxes and cans.
A fellow blogger and real food lover, Trina has written an ebook to help you and your family figure out how exactly how to fit it in your schedule.

Since I bought this book I have used it pretty much every day. Trina has really done a service to those of us who really want to feed our families wholesome foods and find easier ways to prepare them. For the first time I have sprouted wheat, made buttermilk, soaked flour, and made teriyaki sauce using her her delicious recipes. If you are new to "real" fast food or if you are a seasoned cook this book will really encourage and enable you to be successful!

Real food is a way of life for my family and "Real{Fast}Food" has been a lovely addition to my real food cookbook collection! It is exciting to see such a user friendly guide for getting started on a real food journey ... equally exciting for someone like me who is not new to real food cooking. I have thoroughly enjoyed getting...a new idea or two (like the cultured re-fried beans and Salisbury steaks!). "Real {Fast} Food" would also make a great gift for newlyweds...

I have read a ton...on the subject of Real Food. Everything seemed so tedious and time consuming. I was in the market for a simple, realistic approach to...real food. This book is worth every cent I paid for it... The number one thing I took to heart and injected into my daily life was Trina's simple approach to lunchtime. LEFTOVERS! I cracked up, then a light bulb went off in my brain. Yes, this is precisly what I needed to hear! Buy without reservations. You will enjoy it, too!

    God Bless Trina Holden!

Have you ever tried to implement the Nourishing Traditions diet Sally Fallon recommends and been completely overwelmed? Me too! Have you ever contemplated doing GAPS and cried? Me too! I love this book Tina Holden has written!!! The recipes make it all seem soooo much easier and less expensive than I once thought. Her instructions for meal planning are easy to understand and very practical. Do not hesitate to get this book! I could recommend this book to all my friends and feel confident that they would all benefit in some way.
