    Great e-zine

Love the readability and navigation features. I do wish there was bookmarking capability. Also doesnt save last place; when e-zine is exited it reopens on the cover which means I have to remember my last page or scroll through to figure out what I read previously. With an e-zine this length that was somewhat annoying. Otherwise, loads better than before.

I've been waiting for this on my Nook Color!

Finally! Real Simple is available on Nook Color! I have the print edition and was planning to stop my print edition if/when it became available on Nook, but the Nook edition is free since I'm already a print subscriber! Now I can have both! :) I have a feeling it's cheaper this way too. I only wish that I could email myself the recipes/articles from the digital version.

    Do not be taken in!!!!

This is a great magazine but do not believe where it says:
"If you currently subscribe to the print edition of Real
Simple, you can receive the NOOK Subscription free every
month for as long as you subscribe to both editions."
You will be charged and although customer service will say it is corrected you will continue to be charged. We finally just canceled the nook subscription and will stick to the print edition. :(

Like the magazine but not on the Nook

I really do enjoy this magazine, however it won't open on my Nookcolor unless I am connected to the internet. Also, it will not allow me to bookmark pages - which to me, is like tearing out a page of a magazine. It also won't stay at the page where I left off. It always returns to the cover of the magazine, and since I can't bookmark anything I have to remember which page I am on. These things together makes reading this magazine on my Nook very annoying.

    Not free?

I was supposed to receive the electronic subscription free every month because I am a subscriber to the paper edition, but B&N charged me 2.99 a month for the last 4 months! I called customer support, but all they could offer was to cancel the electronic version.

    Can do better.

It is awesome to have Real Simple on my Nook. Magazines add clutter & I hate the stack of catalogs and magazines that accrue at our house so this is perfect. BUT you can't mark your page, you have to start over every time, it crashes with some regularity and you have to start over then, and you can't flag anything or add to the scrapbook. For an organized, clean, make-everything-easier magazine, this is not cool. Up the ante.

    My new favorite magazine!

I signed up for a free trial of this magazine and i literally could not put it down! most magazines just bore me and i end up flipping though the entire thing not finding a single article that is relavent to my life. This one has so many useful articles and its written in such an easy to follow way that i would recommend this magazine to every woman i know!

    Not for IPad users

Can't access the magazine on my IPad. I do not recommend this title until the publishers allow it to be accessed using the Nook app on an IPad.

When did Real Simple become a fashion mag?

Didn't Real Simple start as a magazine that offered content for reader's interested in simple and sustainable? Fun fashion articles, a little bit about saving, yet focused on shopping. High end clothing made from polyester and spandex? Not for the enviro- and consumer-conscious woman. I can get the same kind of content in More. So, I will simplify my life and help my wallet - with just one subscription. Dissappointed. 3 stars is for the fun factor. 2 stars for truth in branding.

I signed up for the companion digital edition with my print subs

I signed up for the companion digital edition with my print subscription. When I cancelled my print subscription, B&N started charging me monthly for the digital edition. They're charging me for something that I never signed up for. I spent over half an hour on the phone with customer service and had to ask the representative to speak with her supervisor and transfer me to another department in order to get the money credited to my account.

    Real Simple Mag Review

I love this magazine. It has a great variety of home decor, cooking, fashion/trends, and more in every issue. I finally got a subscription on the nook since I was buying it in the grocery store every month anyway. I would recommend this for college and beyond. Its one of the few girly magazines on the shelf that omits all the trash and is still entertaining.

    Magazine impossible to read!

Every time I attempt yo read this on my NOOK HD the pages freeze and the connection fails, closing the magazine. The pages are also so sensitive, that I frequently have to begin again searching for what I was reading. I'm done with this magazine subscription!

    new is not necessarily improved

Anyone else annoyed with the way the content is accessed? With all the arrows all over the place? Usually those lead to a blank page and you have to close the issue, reopen the magazine and find what you are looking for by scrolling through the content tabs at the bottom of the screen. The magazine frequently stops working and announces it must close. And when is there ever going to be a bookmark so you don't have to start at the cover each time? I cancelled my long-time subscription. Just go back to turning the pages people. It wasn't that hard to do. I will miss Real Simple on my very portable Nook.

    I loved it at first

I loved Real Simple at first but every issue seems the same. I have decided to drop due to a lack of creativity from issue to issue. Sorry

Don't believe what they say if you already have a print subscrip

Don't believe what they say if you already have a print subscription. I tried first with the "free" trial, and then with the regular option. There is no place to enter your print subscription. I tried calling Nook customer service (clueless), and then Real Simple customer service. Between the two, an hour of my life I'll never get back, and still no solution. I'm just going to cancel the Nook subscription now so I'm not paying for this twice. It is CRAZY that this is not easier to accomplish! The only thing I got from Nook was that they "didn't think" the digital option was free. The e-mail from Real Simple says otherwise. It is an endless, chase-your-tail finger-point at the other person exercise with no positive result. I'm not going to try to convert any other print magazines to Nook. Not worth the time or effort!

not as good as it used to be, too much fluff, not enough substance

pretty magazine, too much fluff, used to be more ecologically oriented, now it seems to be about pretty people and pretty things, not a lot of substance.
