Olav Martin Kvern is an award-winning illustrator, graphic designer, software developer, and writer. He is the co-author of Real World Adobe InDesign 2. He currently works on the InDesign Developer Technologies team at Adobe.

David Blatner, a Seattle-based graphic arts consultant, is the author or co-author of a number of books from Peachpit Press, including Real World Adobe Photoshop 7, Real World Scanning and Halftones, 2nd Edition, and Real World QuarkXPress 5.
