    Loved it

    Hope recipe rehab brings out another...can't say enough about how good these lightened up recipes are...tried 5 already & everyone is asking for more.

    Cereals and breads give us the most energy? Over beans and legumes ???!!!!!
    Beans and legumes go to the same group with meats?!
    Processed turkey sausage is a good breakfast if it has lower fat content?! Healthy gravy?!
    You just gonna get confused with a lot of misleading junk info in this show. (Student in nutritions)
