Last night, I used the Baked French Chicken Caserole recipe in this book, to announce with my fiance, our engagement to my parents. The result was a very romantic, happy evening, with a dish that was unanimously agreed to be the best dish I have ever prepared. The directions were very easy to follow, the flavors blended beutifully together, and the texture was phenominal! The only reason I do not give this five stars is because some of the ingredients in other recipes can be expensive-so therefore, I haven't been able to try them yet. I just look forward to trying the recipes in 'The Morning After' section of the book.
