Overview

When Jenny Humphrey arrived at Waverly Academy, the student body immediately started buzzing about her and her body. She quickly caught the eye of three of the hottest guys on campus, kissed two of them, and made one her boyfriend: the adorable Easy Walsh. Too bad Easy just happened to belong to somebody else - Jenny's roommate, Callie Vernon.

It didn't take long for powerful Tinsley Carmichael to tell Callie their sweet-faced new roommate was really a manipulative skank. So what if Tinsley herself stole a guy out from under their other roommate Brett Messerschmidt's perky little nose? Then Callie and Tinsley threw Jenny and Brett out of their ultra-exclusive club. And just like that, it was war.

Now the four roommates have been split up across enemy lines - Jenny and Callie are living together in Dumbarton 303, and Brett and Tinsley are seemingly miles away downstairs. What will happen when Easy sneaks in to see Jenny . . . but finds Callie instead? And what if Brett discovers the one secret Tinsley's kept hidden for years?

Everyone at Waverly is watching and whispering. With girls this wild, anything can happen, but only one can be it.

Jenny Humphrey has had nothing but boys chasing after her since she began attending Waverly Academy. Namely, the three hottest guys on campus! And one of them happens to be her current boyfriend, the sexy-manly-artist Easy Walsh.

Who just happens to be her roommate, Callie's, ex-boyfriend, who still likes him.

And with gossip like that, Tinsley had to start drama and tell Callie. So the two roommates have done nothing but ignore and avoid each other for a long time. But Easy does something not good behind Jenny's back.

What does he do? Will Callie and Jenny ever be friends? What stunt will Tinsley pull next? Well, you are just going to have to read this book to find out!

With every new IT GIRL book I read, I love Jenny a little more, and hate Tinsley a little more. Mrs. von Ziegesar has created characters that will keep you on your toes, and dying to know what will happen next!

    It gets even more jucier

When Tinsley holds a keg party on the roof, the whole dorm is on lockdown as punishment for not ratting out on the girls who were at the keg party on the roof. Brett is back to dating her old boyfriend after finding out that Mr. Dalton was really an asexual lady.
While the girls of Dumbarton are on lockdown, Kara comes into the picture since the kegs were put in her room while she was taking a shower.
The game of I Never has unexpected results. Brett and Tinsley are virgins while Tinsley gets at Easy causing Jenny to get upset and leave the room. Callie gets mad at Tinsley and leaves the room.
A book rated for mature, but it's a good book.

    DE lesh!

The It Girl series is highly entertaining and highly addictive. But Reckless was my favorite one so far, and I thought the only one of the three I've read that deserves five stars. Why? For starters, the characters were more fleshed out this time around and felt less like stereotypes. The story was also more entertaining and there was more drama.

Life continues at Waverly Academy, even as Jenny and Brett are at war with Tinsley and Callie. This makes living arrangements uncomfortable to say the least, because Jenny and Callie are roomates and so are Tinsley and Brett. But Jenny feels like with the gorgeous, artistic Easy as her boyfriend, she can survive any mean girl drama. And now that Brett is back together with the wonderfully sweet Jeremiah (and the creepy Mr. Dalton is out of her life) she can almost put up with her roomate's antics. Tinsley is still the mean girl you love to hate and Callie is the spiteful but secretly vulnerable rich girl.

In Reckless, I didn't like Easy as much as I usually do. I was cheering Brett and Jenny on the whole time. And I was also rooting for Brett's boyfriend, Jeremiah. He's the one nice guy in a sea of dishonest males! The ending left me eager for the next installment, and I know it will keep you wanting more too.

    Reckless- It girl series #3

I am just about done the last It girl series book, For now it's last, and Reckless is my favorite book in the whole series. It's thrilling and fun and by the third book you love or hate certain characters. I find in this series some of the books are very exciting, but then the next are a little less exciting, but add new characters and give you new knowledge about past events. Reckless, however, is my favorite book, because it's the same good 'ol characters from the beginning getting into crazy amounts of trouble causing them to be on dorm lockdown. All the hot guys the Dumbarton girls are friends with (or more than that) sneak in and they all have a party. But a relentless game of Have you ever releases secrets no ones ever known. This is my favorite It Girl book because its got all the excitement and new relationships forming and bad relationships coming to an end, but its got hot and juicy gossip I never believed. This is an amazing book for teens, but the series is even better. It is the It book.

I love this series! I never really ever liked Gossip Girl and was worried that this series would be just like it. But boy was I wrong! So much drama and the characters are believeable and relateable. It's the perfect summer series for anyone to pick up. I can't wait to read Unforgettable! Read it guys I'm sure you'll absolutely adore it.

    this book

I love this book and absoulutley cant wait to read the fourth one!! I like Callie and all but errr I hate the fact she tries to act like Tinsley but thank goodness Callie stands up to Tinsley in this book. Jenny kinda gets on my nerves cause she shouldnt let Tinsley push her around and stand up to her cause she would get more respect from her.

This book was so amazing because a lot happens in this book! This series a must read because the characters are so amazing and easy to relate to! I really like Jenny and Easy together but I think him and Callie are meant to be. I loved the first two and the fourth was an amazing book as well! I am very excited for the fifth to come out because these books keep me entertained and I just can't put them down! I hope that Julian doesn't just ditch Jenny like Easy did and I hope they have something going for them. I also hope that Callie does not become best friends with Tinsley because I really don't like her. Tinsley is mean but she also makes the book because she creates a lot of drama. I think Cecily did a wonderful job making thses books and I really hope she keeps going because they are just amazing! The characters are great and so is everything about them!

I like the characters because when I read the book, I could picture what they looked like . I could also make-out the scene. Not a fuzzy picture. The only thing that I thought was horrible was the cursing. Otherwise it was very good.

    This book is lovee!!! =]

wellll this book is really awesome and I love this series. I was addicted to Gossip Girl before this and always hated Jenny in it so i thought that this spin off would be completely lame...luckily it wasn't... I am now more addicted to this series than gossip girl and can 'almost' tolerate jenny. My favs are callie and brett b/c tinsley is really mean and Jenny just really annoys me and idk seems like a wannabe... this series is awesome and this book especially. I really like this book because Easy and Callie finally make out again and I think they are the cutest couple ever and Jenny is a boyfriend stealer!

    Are YOU ready?

First off I would like to let you know that I have not read this book yet. I am waiting for it to arive. The other books in this WONDERFUL series are to die for. With caracters that anyone can relate to, everyone in their right mind would be pulled in. And just to let all of you book ruiners, you sould be banned from this site. No one wants to read a book after having read the ending. Most bording schools are like this. With nothing to do, duh you are going to hang out with the boys. This is so for all of the teens out there who are looking for a little something different. Another thing is to all of you people who say that your parents would kill you if they read this. Always be strait forward with your parents. Never go behind their backs! Thanks for your time!
