I got this book as a gift from a colleague of mine ( Also a Psychologist) and I was very pleased! This book is written in a very clear language so even if your background is not Mental Health you will enjoy reading it. We all know that the happy and sad experiences of our childhood are strongly connected to achieving fullest expression as adults. Jeremy Abrams brilliantly describes the problems with the inner child and offers great suggestions on how to reconnect with your own inner child; his commentaries bring awareness and provides shape and color to the abstract image of the inner child. Parents should read it!
