    Highly recommend.

This book helps us develop a closer connection with life on all different levels. It helps us realize how intricately we're connected with everything and how realizing this will make a huge difference in how we interact and relate in our lifetime at a deeper and more meaningful level. Activities are given to help one feel what will be explained in the chapter. It makes me smile just to think of what could be accomplished in this world if everyone read this book and put even a part of it into practice.

Realize your nature and connect to the world around you

This book is organized in short, easy-to-read chapters on topics related to ecology, mental health, self-esteem, psychology, spirituality, self-realization, and many others. Each chapter presents thought-provoking information with solid scientific back-up, and a guided activity so that the reader can then apply the information. Eye-opening and uplifting, Cohen writes with honesty, humor, and compassion to help readers re-energize and celebrate those "common senses" that many of us have been taught to ignore (to our detriment). I am reading this book for a class and just ordered two extra copies to give as gifts.
