Having lost a spouse three years ago, I still am dealing with some of the issues described in this book. I just bought a copy of this book for a friend of mine who lost her spouse last year. I wish someone would have recommended this book to me at the beginning of my healing process. It would have been a biggg help. We hope to form a support group to help others to learn how much we need help in healing. I've been through a grief program right after my loss, but now at this time reading this book has helped me to see I was not crazy and I was not alone as to how I have felt and still feel today. Thanks for this wonderful book.
