Are you KIDDING me right NOW!?! I am totally flabbergasted. Red Flags by C.C. Brown was cute, fun, steamy, and SCANDALOUS!!

I love the way C.C. Brown is so descriptive! I really felt like I was in each scene, yes, even the hawt ones *winks* This was a super easy story to get engulfed in, and it kept you on your toes, for sure.

Now, I will say that the way Jason and Cara got together was definitely something out of a movie,

Congrats to C.C. Brown on her debut novel, Red Flags & for keeping us all on the edge of our seats with lots of angsty goodness! Great job!

Cara is the typical quiet, shy, reserved college girl who finally succumbs to the southern charms of Jason, a rich, hot guy with a controlling streak & a secret. They quickly fall into a tumultuous relationship with enough ups & downs to make your head spin! I found myself wanting to shake the hell out

Now, I will say that the way Jason and Cara got together was definitely something out of a movie, or maybe if you believe in "love" at first sight. I was a little taken back with their first encounter, but it made sense and the events to follow really do spin off that pivotal moment.  Jason is really in a league all his own, I really had a love/hate relationship with him. I want to love him, but he can really be a ROYAL pain in the ass. I know that he means well, and really loves Cara..... or does he? His sweet gestures, his All-American boy smile, and his Adonis like body really take him a long way... I'm tell you, you will love to hate him and hate to love him... no doubt.  This is totally a must read, you want a whirl-wind, something that you have to really try to wrap your head around... this is your next book!  Can't wait for the second book, I have to know what's in store for Jason and Cara.

The format for the Nook seems like the author threw together some words and called it a day. It seems unfinished and rushed. The leading lady couldn't cry anymore or sob more obnoxiously then she does in this novel. I skipped quite a few pages just to find out what truly happens. If you can stomach the whine and ignore lazy formatting than this may be worth a gander.

My rating is a 4 star. Wow! I read this book because I am a native of San Diego and was curious of how a writer would portray the college mind set. The author did a great job of keeping my inerest. As far as the almost immediate sex between the two I know people just like that so it was believable. Lendar

I have to say you definitley have to read this book to believe it.Their so called relationship started wayyyy to fast & OMG Cara, Cara, Cara...I really wanted to SHAKE her @ times, but I have sadly witness some of my friends act exactly like her. **Christian Grey is a Saint compared to Jason Bradley LoL** What a Roller Coster ride..I must read the Sequel!!!

I have a love hate for this book. Cara annoyed me some much i almost stopped reading. Im sorry but no one should be treated the way she was and still stay with the guy bc he is hot. Her friends were immature also and Jason was a psycho but i pulled through and was shocked by the ending. So while i couldnt connect with the characters, i am now intrigued enough to by the second book.

WOW!!! Red Flags was a very emotional book for me. At first I liked Jason and then I hated him, and then I started to like him again, and by the end I hated him but secretly felt sorry for him. I am not going to sit here and tell you what the story is about because you can read the synopsis for that, but what I can tell you is that even though Jason’s actions in this book were a bit scary I couldn’t get enough. It was defiantly a page turner for me because I wanted to know if his behavior towards Cara would continue or if he would snap out of it. Luckily, I got both. Jason was controlling, possessive, secretive, and had mood swings that would give you wipe lash but on the other hand he was sweet, caring, and loved hard. Their relationship throughout the book was not easy, they fought more than they got along but the electricity between them kept pulling them back together. Jason has secrets, secrets that he is not willing to share with Cara and the more time goes by the more red flags get thrown in the air and has Cara questioning everything about Jason and his past. They fight, yell, cuss, scream, storm out on each other almost everyday but something always pulls them back. While reading this book I felt like I was at an amusement park riding a rollercoaster because with every page I turned I never knew what twists and turns were waiting for me. I am not sure that their relationship is healthy but for whatever reason Cara couldn’t stay away from Jason. Deep down I think Jason really truly loved Cara but in his own way. I am looking forward to reading book 2 from C.C. Brown to see where this story leads and understand the method to her madness.

I rarely give a review less than atleast 3 stars...I am a very easy to please reader but this one is just bad! The story has lots of potential and may have been good if the author git an editor d maybe slowed the pace of the relationship down instead of making it hapoen so fast with intervals of WTH moments. It us not a horrible read but pace and litgle errors may drive yoy as mad as it did me..

I really liked this story!!! There was some errors, but I don't feel it took away from the story. It's her first book! I'm looking forward to #2.
