Red Hot (Siren Publishing Classic)by Solara Gordon
[Siren Classic: Erotic Contemporary Romance, May-December, sex toys] It isnt the flames or smoke that worry Fire Chief Brent Stephens. What worries him the most is the heat his libido keeps throwing off every time he gets near Bunny Kater. Bunnys sworn off firemen, and intimacynever mind that shes worn out a vibrator or two along the waythat is, until she meets Brent. Turning forty, coupled with Brents presence, awakens her isolated emotions in ways she isnt expecting. And hes younger than she is. Brent is unsure of his growing interest in Bunny. If his overly zealous male ego calms down, he might be able to understand why Bunny affects him like she does. It would help if he could find his lust control switch and turn it down a few degrees, too. Second chances happen once chance at a time, but Brent isnt even sure theyre going to get a first one. ** A Siren Erotic Romance

Ray Gordon has another winner. A play on words between antagonists that was full of laughs. The hero turns a conservative camp director upside down with his `mistaken¿ interpretations. The female associate is transformed from a prude to a hungry hedonist. All the while camp Sunnymead is being turned upside down by a revolt of the campers. This is a wonderful erotic novel with vivid descriptions, amusing sub stories. The padre who is in love with a doll (literally), and young campers who need some obedience training add to the hardening amusement. The story is conveyed with an imagination and a gifted wit. I found it to be very entertaining, and my wife enjoyed the end results of my readings.
RED HOT by author Solara Gordon is a sweet and sensual story. Bunny, a single mother of three older kids, finds herself attracted to the next door fire station's fire chief. Brent also feels the chemistry between them yet does not act on it. The circumstance around their first hot kiss is hilarious. Bunny's previous experiences with dating is not good and she is reluctant to commit to a fireman. As her hsband was a fireman and lost his life along with her mother's in a fire. And Brent's first experience with marriage was not good as well. This story is liberally spiced with humor, pathos and heartfelt emotion. And I kept thinking how the author would bring these two characters together for their happily ever after. You just can't help but root for these two characters to get to their happy ending. I didn't want the story to end just then. But who wants a good romance to end? A beguiling and stirring romantic story that is sure to tug at readers' heartstrings and leave them with a great big smile on their face at the unusual ending. I loved it and recommend it to all readers of romance!
