“Red River Blue” by Blake Shelton contains an assembly of uplifting songs. I was initially introduced to him through the cheerful “Honey Bee” song from “Now 39”. Naturally, getting this cd was the next step and worth it. The following are a few of the musical tracks that caught my attention:
God Gave Me You: I admit that I’m not a religious person, but this song caught my attention because of its implied symbol of enduring love. “God Gave Me You” is a beautiful message of a romantic partner standing by someone through both happy and challenging times. The video to this song is also deeply touching because of the appearance of his wife (Miranda Lambert). One can see the enormous love that they have between each other through this video.
Ready To Roll: “Ready to Roll” is a catchy song about enjoying a person’s company by just simply hanging out with them over the weekend.
Over: “Over” is a heartfelt song about wanting to be in someone’s life to bring them joy.
“Red River Blue” by Blake Shelton is best for those who enjoy contemporary country music.
