I have to day this book sucked me infrom the very first. Trent and Addison are perfect for each other. Marty Phillips makes his second debut with the books and I still imagine him as a slimy person. His character reminds me of a used car sales person and this is the second time one of his less than stellar ideas has backfired..

Redeeming the Billionaire is Christina Tetreault’s fifth book in the Sherbrookes of Newport series. Trent Sherbrooke is being groomed to run for United States Senator. Addison Raimono is an up and coming interior designer and decorator. A spilled cup of coffee sets these two down a path of no return. Trent’s advisors believe the only way for him to have a successful political run is to marry and have children. When Trent and Addison meet a second time, a photograph taken of them is leaked to the press. After Trent’s advisors suggest a marriage of convenience, he elects to set his sights on Addison. Trent decides that his office needs redecorating and who better to perform that mission but Addison. As they spend more time together, Trent slowly decides that he wants the real thing with Addison. As he wins her over, she discovers what she believes to be the initial intent for their encounter. Ms. Tetreault has written a true winner with this book. I fell in love with Trent as he learned how to truly love someone and who also wasn’t afraid to give up on a dream. Addison is just a fantastic character all around. I cheered her along when she discovered Trent’s secret. I highly recommend Redeeming the Billionaire and all of the books in the Sherbrookes of Newport series. I patiently await the next book in the series.

Politics, billions of dollars, family, love, desire, determination, honesty, integrity…put all of these together and you have a delightful  Romance between Trent Sherbrooke,  of the Sherbrookes of Newport, and Addison,  i.e. Addy, of the Ambrosia Pastry and Café Shop  family. Their meeting and romance developed from a normal life event, and when either of them most expected to find their true love.   The story made me smile, laugh, become concerned and annoyed at a male- see all normal feelings!! You will be able to see yourself as  Addy and you will love Trent.  This book left me smiling.   left by CWLCL
