This book describes the reflective experiences of women based on a phenomenological research study. The findings of this study help answer the questions:- What is the definition of reflection? What is the process of reflection?- What are the benefits to reflective thinking? How is reflective thinking used in the workplace? This study reveals that reflection is more than a cognitive state; it involves the emotional state in a significant way. The overall finding of this study is that reflection improves the personal and professional lives of women business professionals This book reveals the benefits of reflection and will help practitioners in business, human resources,
adult education, executive coaching and counseling, as well as individuals looking to improve their personal and professonal lives.
